If you are a foreigner, we kindly request that you send an e-mail to our electronic address, in which a thorough description of your problem (illness) is outlined. We request you to state your diagnosis and provide the photocopied material of examination, on the basis of which a diagnosis was given.
If you are taking any kind of medicine, you are kindly requested to provide its name, the dosage and the frequency of appliance. If you are interested in being examined in our institute, then we will work out a special program in which we will describe in details our approach and we will provide any information that might be of interest to you.
If you are not a citizen of the European Union, we will help you to register all the required documents and if necessary, guide you with the relevant information of the company which provides visa support.
